a little trip up to Bear's Den

Mom and Dad helped us with babysitting for a couple days and when we finally had a bit of free time, we took a little drive and walk up to Bear's Den.  This outlook is right off the AT and is an easy hike to get out into the woods for a bit.  Micah jumped right in to climbing the rocks all by himself and began learning about different kinds of leaves.  Other kids will learn the cow says Moo and I'm hoping Micah will be able to say this is an oak tree, etc. We'll see how that goes.

Meanwhile, he still loves to point out any truck and loves to "choo-choo" when he sees a train or a picture of a train. He also likes to talk about his shoes and point them out or try on John's or mine and walk around.
