An ultrasound yesterday shows everything looking fine and we saw the feet. the spot on the far left is the umbilical cord, then both feet touching each other at the heels. At 30 weeks, Baby is right on track for measurements and estimate is 3 1/2 pounds.
There's a new, temporary ultrasound tech at the doctor's office who was talking a lot about something...I wasn't paying attention because I almost passed out lying on the table. Too much chatting while I was lying on my back. I moved though and everything was fine.
As best we can, based on what good friends and family tell us, we're trying to prepare for this little one. I expect we're still in for lots of surprises...
In the beginning...there was John and Lauren.
The current outlook indicates a 33% increase in household capacity with increased volatility possible in the second quarter and an 8 gazillion% decrease in sleep as we anticipate the arrival of our newest unit.
Lord willing, this little one will make his/her presence known sometime around April 9th.
